Please review these terms and conditions of use carefully before using Adorado.net

 

Publishers (Webmasters)

Adorado refuse to accept traffic from source with illegal content and/or links to illegal content and content that exploits minors.

You must own or have the right to monetize the traffic sources you submit, and remain solely responsible for the content, compliance and lawful operation of those sources.

You may not generate clicks or impressions by any automated, incentivized, misleading or forced means, including bots, auto-refresh, pop-under stacking, hidden frames or any other non-human or artificial traffic.

You must keep your account information accurate and not place our ad code on sites containing illegal, infringing, adult-exploitative, malicious or deceptive material.

 

Advertisers

Adorado refuse to sell traffic to illegal content.

We prohibit malware, phishing, spam and so on.

You are solely responsible for the products, services, creatives and landing pages you promote, and warrant that they are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights.

Creatives and landing pages must accurately reflect the advertised offer and must not contain deceptive claims, auto-downloads, redirects to malicious destinations or content that exploits minors.

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and advertising standards in the jurisdictions you target.

 

Fraud

You are expressly prohibited from using any persons, means, devices or arrangements to commit fraud, violate any applicable law, interfere with other affiliates or falsify information in connection with referrals through the Links or the generation of Commissions or exceed your permitted access to the Affiliate Program. Such acts include, but are in no way limited to, using automated means to increase the number of clicks through the Links or completion of any required information, using spyware, using stealware, cookie-stuffing and other deceptive acts or click-fraud. Adorado.net shall make all determinations about fraudulent activity in its sole discretion.

 

Confidentiality

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or with the consent of Adorado.net, you agree that all information, including, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement, business and financial information, customer and vendor lists, and pricing and sales information, concerning us or any of our affiliates provided by or on behalf of any of them shall remain strictly confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by you for any purpose other than your participation in the Affiliate Program, except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public through a source other than you. Affiliate shall not use any information obtained from the Affiliate Program to develop, enhance or operate a service that competes with the Affiliate Program, or assist another party to do the same.

 

Privacy Policy

Adorado utilizes industry standard analytics packages which gathers limited information on visitors to our website automatically, and stores this anonymous information in server log files. This information may include IP addresses, browser type, basic IP information, referring pages, operating system used and date/time stamps. This information does not identify individual users; it is used only for site administration, as well as for analysis of website usage and trends. Additionally, cookies may be used to provide easier and faster access to website features such as logins and/or repeat visits. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on personal computers for reference purposes. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you have submitted while on our site.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. By using Adorado.net you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

Payment and Invalid Traffic

Commissions are calculated solely on valid traffic. Adorado.net may withhold, adjust or reverse any payment attributable to traffic that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, invalid, bot-generated, non-human or otherwise in breach of these Terms. We may withhold payment pending review of suspected invalid activity.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any actual or suspected breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination for breach or fraud, any unpaid Commissions may be forfeited.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adorado.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts payable to you in the preceding three (3) months.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adorado.net and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your traffic or content, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

 

Modification of These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting such amended Terms. No other notification may be made to you about any amendments. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE FOLLOWING SUCH AMENDMENTS WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH AMENDMENTS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE ACTUALLY READ THEM.
